Ed counsels clients on employment law and disputes. He represents clients with respect to workplace issues, employment contracts, claims of discrimination under federal or local laws, wage and hour issues, severance agreements, and contract disputes. He has extensive experience with issues arising under the Americans with Disabilities Act (“ADA”) and litigation establishing the scope of the ADA. Ed has substantial experience in representing clients in the healthcare, social services, food, restaurant, media and technology, and parking industries as well as not-for-profit entities. In litigation matters, he represents clients in both individual and class matters. Ed often provides general counsel services for clients.
